5. Why is there a price difference in carbon fiber and glass fiber paddle racket?

This is because carbon fiber is more expensive than glass fiber. Reason being that carbon is more precious substance and the process of manufacturing carbon fiber is more complex. Glass fiber is the more economic substitute

6. What is your delivery time?

Varies depending of order size and trade agreements but we can deliver in as soon as 30 days for bulk orders

7. What is your capacity?

Around 18,000 pieces per month as of June 2022

8. How many pieces can you produce in a day?

Currently 600 pieces but working on building our capacity to 1000 pieces a day by October 2022

9. How long will it take for my order to be manufactured?

Depends on the order size and trade agreements. For reference, we can manufacturer 600 paddle rackets in a day.

10. Are paddles for women and children available?

Yes, they are! All paddle designs uploaded are asper men racket standards. They same thing can be made for women and children

11. What is the difference between paddles for men, women and children? Primarily the weight.

Men’s rackets weigh 350-390g

Women’s rackets weigh 330-360g

Children rackets weigh 280- 330g

In some cases (not all) children’s rackets are slightly smaller. However, children’s paddle rackets are almost always made of glass fiber

12. What finishing do you offer?

13. I don’t have artwork; vector files or designs available but want to place an order. What can I do?

No problem. Our design team will help you through the process. We have options and customizations for you to select from. We can even create a custom sample for you. Get in touch and get started.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Our products are shipped all across the globe.

15. What difference does the shape of the paddle make?

Technically speaking, the shape causes difference in the balance of weight of the racket which would impact where on the surface there is maximum impact. At the end, it is upto the player’s preference and playing style as to what shape would suit him or her best.

16. What sort of padel is best suited for beginners?

Glass fiber surfaced paddles in any shape would be appropriate. Glass fiber paddles are budget friendly, and easier to work with as compared to carbon fiber paddles Check out details of our standard glass fiber paddles here.

17. What paddle would you recommend a pro player?

19. What paddle shapes do you offer?

Round shape, diamond shape and teardrop shape.

20. What qualities of carbon fibers are available?

3k, 8k, 12k, 18k and 24k are available

21. What’s the difference between different karats of carbon fiber?

Carbon fiber sheets consists of bundles of tows of carbon filament. 8 k means there are 800 filaments per tow and so on.

The more the filaments or the more value karats of a fiber, the stronger and firmer the surface of the paddle is. On the other hand, low karat carbon fibers are softer and more malleable.

22. What is the difference in quality of carbon fiber paddles vs. glass fiber paddles?

Carbon fiber outshines glass fiber when it comes to quality. The former is stronger, more durable and less susceptible to thermal expansion (meaning it won’t crack on you).

As a result, carbon fiber paddle rackets perform much better on impact

23. Which karat paddle racket is the absolute best?
